Your list or the list of announcements the company has made this year is very good. IMO if GMV had listed late last year the share price would have gone nuts off the back the all this positive news.

But of course we had the CR we had to have and then the CEO has his personal loans called in and he has dumped a load of stock. Maybe yacov should have disclosed that the money he was lending the company was in fact a personal loan secured with GMV stock. Not a good look now.

And that leads me into why IMO the stock is trading at $44m when IMO is should be more like $100m. Mr ASX is saying Yacov, you have spent all your credibility by over promising and under delivering for over 3 years now. Shareholders both long standing and im sure the new ones are all very disappointed and disgruntled.

This means if or when the share price does increase back towards people's cost price the temptation to cash in will be huge. Thus placing even more pressure on the stock.

We all know that the only thing that will reverse this dog is sales. But, IMO we are unlikely to see anything until at least the next quarter at best. Meditel are the only distributor advertising the prizma, but only taking orders at this stage. As mentioned the other day, based on my discussions with Livecare and all home country care GMV has a supply issue. GMV online store still out of stock.

The best company could do right now is provide an update on the prizma and patch production. When it expects to deliver product to its distributors.

Oh what did happen to that hospital network in Texas they were close to signing last year. NMPA lodgement hasn't happened either, but IMO the company has enough on its plate in the US to deal with.

What about the company and yacovs statement that the US IDTF businesses will increase by a similar 90% again this year. Just not going to happen IMO.

I could go right back over the last 3 years and find dozens of promises and zero delivery or follow up.

Listed CEO 101. Under promise and over delivery. pretty simple moto.

Everything that have written is 100% correct. I still remember reading about GMV and the proposed Mou's in the 1 billion region and thought how easy it would be to make some money. I am still waiting the same as you are for this company "to show us the money".

I still think GMV is a good company, but they need to get some PO's in fast.
