I never invested in this company based on the announced MOUs. More the devices, recurring revenue and global reach.

I seriously doubt any the the MOUs will work out. Look what happened to Mtel in Greece. Same thing happening with FCL and Winona IMO. Let's see what happens when NMPA is announced. Those Chinese MOUs will be MIA.

I still believe the risk in this stock is to the upside. Get June 30 out of the way. Get some stock to the distributors and get some sales happening.
