I agree with you to a point. I should have also said in my previous post that I have no problem with the purchase of the IDTF as it complements the GMV business, however, it's concerning that the agreement is not complimenting it's core business model from what I can see from the announcements.

There's just one further question I have if you are correct that you can't have one without the other... Do they have an IDTF facility in Italy? (clearly they don't) If that is the case, why did Meditel purchase 1000 units? Why are they trying to sell into Australia and indeed why are they trying to get certification from places such as Taiwan etc. I hardly think a native Mandarin speaker will be looking to call on the IDTF facility in the USA.

What are your thoughts on this point?
