MOUs Lets forget about all the MOUs with distributors for now. Lets say since those conditional agreements ( ie Gmv getting regulatory approvals, followed by distributors selling the products; among T&Cs is MOU expiry-date within 2 years, if T&Cs are not satisfied by any one party.)
Direct Deals: How about Direct hospital deals, we can cut out middlemen ('Distributors") in USA, UK; & China (after CFDA/Primza). Thats my preferred model, and what my imagination allows today, as far as maximising future margins/profits fro gmv is concerned.
