So far he has not done this which is another big red flag

But saying that , the fact that the CEO is not buying on market now is really the only thing that does not worry me. He owns 190M shares , how many more does he need, and GMV needs him to have money available to keep this thing afloat. Lets face it , if he stops lending the company money , turn the lights out.
