why are you ruling out a bluff? we do not really know the numbers. How much does the DR take in salary? what is the cost base for his shares? what happened to all the MOUs? what about those MOUs that do not require regulatory approval? Where is the DR anyway? still has visa issues I guess. This guy had no problem taking money from investors by over promising and he is now silent. Why does he not buy on market at these prices? Too many red flags here. I would not rule it out. At the minimum there are enough red flags here for the ASX to take a look. I reached out to them a number of times and strongly urge you to do the same
