HKSE Listing is to raise capital for the purpose of building the Chinese business. CFDA for Prizma & Patch to come. Oh, BTW we have Green Channel. The Chinese Government selected GMV to invest $5m into. Joint Venture to address serious Healthcare sector inefficiences. We'll raise a lazy $250m on the HK listing. No need to introduce the MOUs, we know what they are. But, remembering the size of the Chinese market, and the the many agreements we will sign for sales, leasing, and telehealth monitoring services, $500m is a very conservative target for revenue each year. Multiply that by 10 x PE Ratio. $5B.

Europe CE Mark is not done for silly reasons. I expect to see a London Stock Exchange listing next year. Europe call centre ready. Agreements to come. Add similar numbers to the US Business.

Combined, we can reach $6-7B market cap in the next 3 years. Best thing is about to happen. Listing in new markets that value companies far better. ASX has a long way to go. Snapchat and Instagram didnt turnover a $1 until recently. Uber still making mass losses. Facebook same deal. Yet, they are worth $80B some of them. Even on the ASX some stocks are priced with 40-50x PE Ratios. Potential is the key word. Get used to it. Big moves about to happen for GMV. Hence I have loaded the truck at anything below $0.22. When HKSE listing is done, our SP will be worth an absolute minimum of $0.75. Come Xmas, minimum $1.50. All in my opinion.

You nailed it with that post @$tockfella . Green channel is implemented now at this stage stage, so expect to see CFDA approval and plenty of news flow in next 2 months
