This is all one big BS to me. Yes, they have an investor relations problem which is they over promise (in my mind intentionally) in order to mislead investors and get SP up. We all saw this with the latest announcement about so called growth. Its not the kind of problem that an IR agency can help with because their problem is not failing to communicate their success. The real problem of course is that there is no success. Execution is extremely! bad with no device sales and no MOUs conversion. Everything else - HK IPO, presentations, even NMPA is mostly noise.
