From where I'm sitting there is not much else to do but speculate. And it isn't as simple as a few employees leaving. There seems to be a pattern of arrogance across the CEO's input into this company. We don't know anything other than they are planning an IPO. They have done this twice before.

Shareholders deserve salient facts about signups and revenue numbers post September last year.

GMV can still fly, but right now they have chicken wings. We need eagles wings.
