i didn't "overhear" anything re: "share consolidation" (or ask)... so no light to shed...

what was spoken :imminent IPO filing ... ThinkEquity ... $5 million revenue ...$40-45 million market cap. the 1st 3 appear accurate, so no ostensible reason to doubt the latter's veracity (or at least that's apparently what is/was "intended") ... 'though certainly many reasons to doubt that we'll actually ever get there &/or be listed at all ... anywhere, any time, any place.

i'd long ago written off my investment with the not-so-good "Dr." & assume many others have as well. so, at this point -- with anything seemingly better than nothing -- why isn't this slightest sliver of a glimmer of hope eliciting even an iota of "positivity" from contributors to this thread (is it fear of getting burned again ... of yet another disappointment; or am i missing something)?
