I’ll put it this way then. If it was your company (which being a shareholder it technically is), Do you really think that a company so severely cash strapped should give an additional 5% of its Total Annual Revenue to someone who has done nothing to increase that revenue for about 2.5 years apart from overpromise and demand more shares.
Listing on nasdaq (third time lucky) means absolutely nothing if investors don’t want the shares.
btw, apologies if it sounds like I’m blaming this towards you I’m really not. Clearly a lot of frustration going around here at the moment.

It's only 5% of revenue he brings to the company. If like you say he has brought $0 to the company than his coms will be 5% of $0
