GMVD - NASDAQ IPO, page-1339

Just to put the magnitude of consolidation into perspective, for every 1,000 shares we owned last October, post the 1:5 we will end up with just 11 shares. The issue however will be how the market values these GMV shares. Hopefully underwritten list price will give the company a reasonable market cap. If management can then deliver some much improved financial results by end March 2022 then we might all be very grateful. I have not written the value of my GMV shares off yet but unless management can start delivering and reporting massively improved trading outcomes and financial returns this will not end well for exiting shareholders.
