This is particularly important in regards to the lock up. The underwriter has requested 12 months to prevent a share price dump. If they can't protect their own interests, they will walk. What's another 12 months?

2. Leave the underwriters and the IPO process alone. Don't contact the underwriter, don't pretend to be interested in participating in the IPO... all it will do is inhibit GMV's attempt to list and thus risk your own investment.
