Since when did he ever state GMV was a device maker? As far back as I can remember he has always maintained the VSMS Patch is the end goal of the company, and they will be given to the hospitals, not sold, for patient monitoring and reimbursement through insurers. From where I am sitting it has always been a service provider. The Prizma was always a side hustle / consumer product that would hopefully bring in extra revenue.
