    Bloody ridiculous statement at this stage of proceedings. Clearly they are trying to list on the Nasdaq. Let's see the result of this attempted listing before making premature calls for jail term.
    They are hopefully attracting investors and I'd rather they take a few weeks and be successful in listing than have something go wrong.
    I don't believe they can afford to fail in this listing but time will tell and I agree the wait is painful.
