PWD your offer is spurious & probably tongue in cheek given the rate you are offering. It is also extremely doubtful that it would pass the sniff test of the ATO for those keen to crystallise a GGT loss. I can’t speak for other jurisdictions. There are a lot of complex rules around arms length prices & sham deals. If you were to offer at something closer to the last traded ASX price you may get a few nibbles.
