ASX do have guidance rules and regulations in place when a company wants to de-list from the ASX and have to prove the direction they are seeking to follow is not detrimental for the shareholders, they investigate the application and make sure the reason has substance before it is released to do so and this is why there also a period on market for investers to take action and/or make a decision with their holdings. Your comment "this stock has zero chance of listing" what's that ? Are you 5 ? If you are that certain with a knowledge far superior to anyone why are you wasting your talent commenting here ?
