    I’m not here to debate with you but I believe the issue is fully underwritten, at least the prospectus says that. To me this the simplest and most logical reason, and good for shareholders. Not covering the shares is a very sticky situation and bad for shareholders.
    It says ‘trading hold’ on the NASDAQ site
