Nobody can complain about a lack of communication from a private company in the Caymans. Especially if you voted for it to delist from ASX. There is no obligation to communicate. The only shareholders that matter now are the Board. It’s particularly ironic that you’re using HotCopper to communicate to one another, on a thread that HotCopper aren’t even obliged to support any more. This is what you voted for.
