I think the NMPA strategy is waiting on a capital raise so they can actually fund the expansion and production of the PRIZMAs

i.e

Successfully raising the US 30mio
Submit NMPA for Prizma (and then patch)
Secure MOUs purchase orders and then start production

The cash burn has been too high for mine to adequately fund a large roll out of production....can cause troubles down the road if chew through too much operating capital, i think its a smart play to wait on funds
