also "bigly" disappointed ... but having already written this off as a total loss, any sign of life -- even the faintest heartbeat (that perhaps even their devices might not detach?) -- is greatly welcomed at this point.
*and if their new inclination is to wait for things to start "settling down" in the usa, that's probably not apt to happen til at least january 20th
