A few positives to note

- Majority of shares are held by the board and management (it's in their best interest to list and do well)
- supposedly completely underwritten
- Dr. g not to long ago accepted 5 mill in shares i believe in replacement of his own money he loaned to the company instead of getting the cash back
- supposedly 11 mill revenue as of 30/6/2020
- All fillings for nas seem to be done and approved

To me it just seem they are waiting for some stability in the market to commence trading. which would make sense.
