Further to my query to Automic please see the
response from Six Degrees Investor Relations
below in relation to transition of GMV share
holdings to a US registry.

The company (GMed) has recently transferred the shares on issue from Automic Group to the
new registry based in the United States.

You are not required to do anything at this stage to facilitate the transfer of the shares to the US
registry.

The company’s new US Share Registry is
currently preparing 'welcome packs' for

when these will be completed, but I have reached
out to the company on your behalf and will provide
an answer when possible.

I also asked Six Degrees when the Nasdaq listing
would be finalised, however they could not provide
any further details.

They advised to monitor Gmed’s
‘investor relations’ section of their website for
further information as it is released.
