Correct - have a look at the latest preliminary prospectus lodged with SEC...have a look at the Underwriting section (page 130 if I recall)...then look at the table listing the number of shares Boustead and Fosun have committed to purchase...that's right, the table is empty. All this talk of fully underwritten is just nonsense.
