And that’s exactly what happened on the first attempt at Nasdaq. Forget the stout hearted defence of the failure and how it really was part of the long term strategy. It was pure hubris thinking they could fool the American investors that the US$22 million deal with Hygea was real. The investors did their DD and stayed away. Reputation gone.
