Hmm while I understand your frustration, a class action would be the nail in the coffin for the company. The listing strategy is still playing out, they need time, but starving the company of much needed cash at this point by bringing on a lawsuit will guarantee its failure - where there is still hope. If the book build was the issue, they still have the option to lower the IPO price and let the companies results moving forward determine the SP.

Cutting off your nose to spite your face comes to mind... Give it another month or two before you put the whole company in jeopardy - please!
