I think a class action is definitely in place, not for the NASDAQ listing perhaps but definitely for the false and misleading announcements on ASX. If GMV was on NASDAQ during that time it would get 10 class action lawsuits by now.

That said, class action takes time. In the immediate term, we should all email Dr G for a status update. If its black out period that keeps him from revealing the plans he should be allowed to say so. [email protected]
