In which case & I don’t doubt your interpretation of the regs - there will be no new information to anyone at this stage. No shareholder update - no new hospitals & no patient update. Absolutely no communication- is my interpretation. It’s a great get out of jail panacea. How & will the company attract the investors they need to list at the desired price- if they can’t spread the story? The “fully underwritten” case as espoused by certain pumpers (not on this forum anymore thankfully) absolutely cannot be the case - as we are not yet listed. Where to I wonder? Patience? Listing by 30 Nov?, listing by 24 December? Listing by 31/12/21? The fact that we haven’t yet listed at a lower price tells a bit of a story IMO. If you want some kumbyah we should allmove to another thread.
