The company still exists and holders still hold shares , albeit in a private company in The Caymans , so until the company is wound up , who knows when this will happen , I am no sure you will be able to claim a tax deduction. Best talk to accountant on tax matters , though..relying on HC for advice can be bad for your wealth.
