Clearly today is not a great day for holders except maybe for those that are hoping it fails. Not a great feeling to read that they have withdrawn their Nasdaq application.
Most realists would have thought they needed more developments and proof of an appreciating business in their prospectus to sell their IPO. Personally given the short period to sell their IPO, I really thought they had buyers lined up with upcoming developments.
While I'm disappointed in the handling of this IPO, I haven't given up hope like many others particularly with Geva having such a holding.
The next quarterly will be the most important in the company's history and if they can show some real progress then the Nasdaq listing is still a possibility.
Personally I'm sick of reading about boom and share price predictions and I'm equally sick of doom and scam predictions.

I Understand your point , but there is unlikely to be a quarterly , quarterly reporting is a condition of being listed , either on the ASX or other exchanges..not listed , no quarterly.
