I also doubt that this company will struggle to find cash.
He could take it into voluntary administration and sell the assets to his right arsecheek for $20, then recapitalize the company from there.
OR
He could place a CR to himself and any friendlies at, say, $0.0005 per share. But anyone participating might be reminded of the opening scenes in Batman The Dark Night when all the badies successivley shoot eachother until Joker tops the final one to take all the cash himself
