This story gets more bizarre every day.
This has calmed our nerves a bit, but jeeze it is a shakey scenario!
I echo prior poster "where the hell is Fosun in all of this?" How many commitments did they receive? How many more would a new underwriter need to raise if Fosun is still following through?
Boustead "advised" GMV that the book had been oversubscribed. Was Boustead telling the truth? Is Geva telling the truth?
One would think that GMV is now free to post November sales figures, which hopefully include new cash from hospitals and we might have a tastier offering to assist pricing of the next placement.
