I agree. Everyone who followed this company for a while witnessed the misconduct which can be summarized in a huge gap between the company's announcements and what turned out to be true. For all we know, other announcements were not true and god knows they were many very weird ones. This is simply illegal and could get to the level of fraud. This experience puts into question the whole concept of regulatory supervision on ASX In the U.S. a public company with this track record would get hit by action law suits from all over. One thing we can do is reach out to the company board members. Professor Zeev Rotstein, if he is indeed a board member, is a well known figure apparently and would be great to know what he thinks and whether he is even aware of the latest developments. This is a complete shit show
