I encourage people to reply and voice their opinions. Have no issue with that or with your view except for when you target other posters calling them moaners just for considering an alternative approach. We all want to list but I also remember why we delisted - to list on NASDAQ - and then to get a story like that is either an incredible bad luck coupled with negligence or a fraud. I agree that any course of action right now is not easy, but that does not mean it is not doable. Accepting a potential fraud is also not a good choice
