I understand where you are coming from but i think you are being a bit premature, there was a scheduled listing date, everything was put forward for it and approved.

They supposedly ran into an issue with the underwriters and have notified SH's just a few days ago give it little more time and if nothing has progressed and SH's have not been notified then i think it is a worthy cause for worry & investigation but at this point i think its silly to draw such conclusions.
