My understanding from previous posters is that you need to open up an international trade account first. I’m with CommSec & read that it is quite straightforward to do & can be done online. I have not yet worried about going through the process given the stock cannot yet be traded on any exchange. In the event we do list that would be the time I would do this. Keep in mind your holdings will be restricted for a significant period of time.
