Also helps to have management running a business for the purpose of improving shareholder returns and not filling their own pockets. If you’ve been around for a few years and still have trust in management that’s concerning. They haven’t showed at any point for as long as I can remember the slightest care for shareholders and the way they communicate (or lack of) is a prime example. Not to mention the performance shares. There has been no sign we are being led by a good management team. Happy to be proven wrong and hope they make a go of it somehow.
