Let's look at the words he chose on Jan 17 2020, in an official announcement to ASX, headed "PRIZMA CLINICAL TRIALS COMPLETED FOR CHINA NMPA APPROVAL PROCESS."
Quite a positive headline, don't you think?
Yacov Geva announced: "The Company will shortly lodge the required documentation to the regulator and we are confident that NMPA approval will be received towards the middle of the year." The middle of 2020. Not after the middle. Towards the middle.
