Without sounding too naive, how come any of the top 20...

Without sounding too naive, how come any of the top 20 shareholdings or large shareholders aren’t kicking up a fuss at all the meetings about how the company is running etc? How are they benefitting from the destruction of the share price and the dilution of the company if they aren’t actively involved?

it’s been a while now but at the time of listing I thought regal funds management had a decent stake and wouldnt have been a group to accept this kind of stuff.
