I'm not sure 'weird weather of the past year' is a problem.
We know GNC (to the last Harvest Update) had received just shy of 11 million tonnes of grain in its storages, a very pleasing amount and way ahead of months-old media prognostications, with a bit more was to emanate from Victorian growers, plus other receivals that hugely bump up the total tonnes handled.
GNC is a handler (and in respect of oilseeds, a processor), not a graingrower, so provided there's demand for the wheat domestically and (for the exportable surplus) internationally, that's its major concern. Fortunately the answer is 'there is demand'.
