there's a bull narrative that the US fed giving 5% interest loans to banks at the face value amount of bonds purchased before March 13th to cover deposits is QE(it isn't). So this has led to a rally in growth stocks and inversely, a sell off of value stocks.
I suspect the situation will be made very clear by the FOMC meeting tomorrow.
