The confirmed $5 a share scheme arrangement recommended by the UMG Board of Directors will add to GNC's bottom line, perhaps by the end of FY 23 on 30 September 2023, but more likely in GNC's FY 24 as not only do shareholders have to agree - a formality - but if I recall correctly, the Supreme Court of NSW or similar has to approve.
