    Interesting, but in southern NSW/Riverina from perhaps Forbes south, as well as the whole of Victoria's graingrowing areas, there's no sign of El Nino if I'm correctly reading the BOM rainfall totals.

    One of our graingrower contributors, stayer, broadly agrees if I'm not misquoting him.

    Northwest NSW may be experiencing relatively poor rainfall but (happy to be corrected) it's a way from being 'in drought'.

    Do these MQG analysts bother to look at the Bureau of Meteorology's website to see where rain is falling and in what number of millimetres per month? Some of us do.

    It may however be correct with FY 25 lower dividend forecasts as logic suggests at some stage we will again have a drought, as this is normal for graingrowing areas in some years along the Australian east coast.
