    Yes, I too read that, but 'Mr Market' has focused on how one 'boat' (bulk ship) has departed a Ukrainian port, and correctly or incorrectly extropolated that this means more exports of other grains such as wheat will occur with what was said to be n16 ships waiting their turn.
