Just had a look at GNC, greater than 20% decline from the peak this year.
crops look to be well above average, international grain prices are volatile.
I think GNC requires a stable growth in profitability regardless of production or international grain prices. Extremely difficult yet not impossible.
combining a stable business with GNC makes sense. RIC is the obvious combination.
The way both companies are progressing RIC may do well to acquire GNC
