You did not notice my post where I said the insurance company executive that did that deal would have got a big payrise. The reality is GrainCorp got sucked in by all the climate change talk. It has cost them an absolute small fortune and for no real reason. But seeing that they did it for the good years they may as well keep it going, but hopefully they can negotiate a better rate!
And Cocky...I see your comments above about insurance... spoken like a third or fourth generation farmer and certainly not one who had to start and work up from a small base, let alone a non land owner like a share farmer or contractor start to get into land
