Wheat exports decision near By Sophie Morris:
"Agriculture Minister Tony Burke will announce within days which grain companies he will allow to export wheat from this harvest, further eroding AWB's monopoly, which is due to expire by July."
It seems speculators are banking on GNC getting some government goodwill.
