    With the ALP leading in the polls with an increasing probability of a Labor victory I am surprised GNC share price is not reflecting more of a takeover premium. Chris Bowen opposition Treasurer is on the record saying he would approve a ADM led bid for GNC.

    Even with a Coalition victory the objection to an ADM takeover would be diminished with the development of growing competition on the eastern coast GNC business.
