ouch just realised that with 1 billion shares 1c change in the shareprice is gunna add 10m to the market cap - without a share consolidation say 3 fo1 or 4 to 1 ( would leave 250m shares on issue) theres gunna be some issues there.
actually with joe out gnl the existing share registere is pretty open, im guessing that ell is tightly controlled. given ELL shareholders will be getting more value out of this you have a point about some dumping especially given the higher volumes of gnl. It could be a netural impact , positive if buyers get wiff of it or negative if sellers want to bail will depend on the PR the company props out
that said GNL is under valued anyway so upside will probably occour with some caution to be added
