gnm offer equal to rey

5 REY shares for 1 GNM share is now of equal value. With 1 REY share now at a dismal 14c and GNM at 70c. The offer sounds appealing. Maybe then GNM can get the ball rolling with a better management team, as obviously REY is drowning with their management team.

Just wondering if anyone is going to be taking up the offer before in closes this coming friday??? (if GNM don't extend it once again!)
